EAF is a Community-Based, AIDS Service Organization that's been around since 1985. EAF offers community outreach, education, prevention and direct client care services, such as Case Management throughout Washington's four Northwest Counties of Whatcom, Skagit, Island and San Juan. In Bellingham, Free Confidential or Anonymous HIV Screening and Testing is available. EAF offers clients both the 3-minute oral swab or a Rapid Test. Walk-In Times are on Tuesday from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
In Skagit, Island and San Juan, EAF's Outreach Cooridnator can come to you, or you can just as easily schedule a private Screening and Testing Appointment. There is no cost for At-Risk individuals. Donations for non-risk individuals is suggested. Results from the 3-minute OraSure, oral swab are typically back within in 5-7 days. Please call to schedule an Appointment.

Dedicated to delivering the highest quality reproductive health care services since 1969. In Bellingham, Confidential and Anonymous HIV Testing (Blood Draw) is available by Appointment Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Tuesday from 8:30am - 7:00pm. Confidential or Anonymous HIV Testing is by Appointment only through the Downtown Everett location. The fee for HIV antibody testing is $87.00. This fee may be waived in some circumstances. Testing is done by obtaining a small blood sample. Results for HIV Testing are available in 7-10 business days. Please call (425) 339-5298 to schedule an appointment.
At-Risk individuals are eligible for a Rapid HIV Antibody Screening and Test. Rapid Testing is offered on Tuesdays from 11:00am - 4:00pm by Appointment and on a first-come, first-served basis from 5:00pm - 7:30pm. Final Testing Appointments begin at 7:00pm. Rapid Test results are available in approximately 20 minutes. Please call (425) 339-5298 to see if you qualify and to confirm available Testing days and times. High risk individuals unable to attend Tuesday's Rapid Testing Appointment times can make arrangements for a private Testing Appointment.
